Some Of My Favorite 2015 Fall Favorites

Welcome to Fall 2015!  Last year the hot fall trends were the fur vest and fur embellished sweaters.  Don't put those away just yet, while those items are still a hot commodity, this season the runways, boutiques and department store displays are overflowing with the ponchos and capes!  These are such fun items for fall layering looks.
As you have seen in my recent posts the ankle boots are also very big again this season.  For the accessories, we are seeing one of my favorite style hats, the fedora!  It seems this is a look fit just about for every head and hair style.  So, we move on to the handbag and belts,  handbags seen most this fall are the bucket style bag.  We have seen them from dressy, evening bucket bags to casual everyday type bags, take your pick!  Belts are a fun mix of styles, you can go skinny, fat, metal, or fabric!  They are all in this season.  So go out and have fun with your styling!
Happy Fall!

I love this tailored poncho!  It's so sleek and dressy.  I could also see this worn with a pair of faded denim and tall boots.

We have here an example of a wonderful brown bucket handbag.

Some ladies do not like to leave their poncho just flowing or they purchase the shawl that has many uses.  So as you see here it can be belted for a more tailored look.

Taylor Swift shows us how we can accessorize the poncho with a scarf.  She is using a knit neck scarf.  You can also use infinity scarves, some people like these so that there is less hanging around the arms.  I think they both look good depending on what you wear with them and how long your poncho is.

So ladies, take your fedora's, your boots, handbags, and ponchos, work with them.  Mix and match play with the items in your closet make old things look new!  Get your girlfriends together and trade clothes!  Have a girls night of it!  Make that Fall wardrobe POP!
